I’ve been here multiple times for various car repairs and service. Everyone who works there is friendly, honest, and efficient. They do everything I used to get done at the dealership, but with more personal attention and care. Their prices are appropriate and reasonable; they didn’t try to charge me extra or more than what’s standard for their time and parts. I’ll be back!

These guys are great. They are genuine mechanics, as well as genuine people altogether. I came in for an oil change, and to replace the shift linkage on my Mercury that a tow truck driver had broken when manually shifting my car into neutral (it's a long story) They special ordered the part, and told me to bring my car back when the part came in which was 2 days later. I brought it in, and left for work for the day. During my shift, I got a call from Don who stated the part received was incomplete, and they'll need to special order another piece to be able to fully install. Mind you I've already paid for this service in advance, but due to the fact they needed to keep my car in their garage an extra day, they provided me a loaner car, as well as ordered the missing piece of the shift linkage and did not charge me extra for EITHER. These are stand up guys, and I will definitely continue to utilize their services. Also, just like other reviewers here have stated, they email/text a detailed inspection and list all areas that your car may need improvement when you get routine work done like an oil change. On top of that, they text you occasionally, simply checking up on how your car is running after they've worked on it. They are hungry for your business. And they deserve it. I highly recommend their services to anyone.
These guys were super helpful and took care of my carmax warranty and even quoted me repairs i did not notice the first time. They took their time, kept me updated, took care of the carmax warranty, paid my deductible and i was ready in no time.
Placentia super service has taken care of my multiple times now on many different vehicles and always done a extremely quality job where I feel confident driving away, it's hard to trust people these days with certain things when we don't know how to fix items our selves, I feel honesty here and am hesitant to go any where else, thanks Don and Bob !
My car window was broken. I asked Bob Cornwall if he knew anyone that could help fix it. With in one hour he had a contact that replaced my window and even tinted it to match my other tint. Placentia Super Service definitely lives up to the name, I highly recommend them for any auto servicing need.
Like minded garages, forward thinking owners are hard to come by in our industry. Bob, A.J., & crew are amongst the finest in the area ...except for us, LOL! We own Tokyo Automotive down the street and we recognize a quality shop when we see one. Call if friendly competition, but we like to uplift the industry, especially if the shop in question is worthy. We often use PSS for smogs, so we're customers too.
Bob and Don were both so helpful. Prices were fair and waiting area nice and clean. Will definitely be back!
