The truck was a no start. Full inspection plus fee to install starter I already bolted in was nearly 250.00. The hood no longer opens and closes they messed that up. They got the job done pretty quickly though so credit there. But not happy the hood doesn’t open.

Never disappointed in the work that's done to our vehicles at Placentia Super Service. We no longer live close by but one of our vehicles needed to be serviced and we didn't really trust any other shop in our new area, so we decided to have it towed to PSS. Even when they are extremely busy they got the repair done in less than a week and so far our vehicle is back in action running better than before! The complimentary carwash helped a lot in making sure our vehicle looked super clean after the repair! Thank you PSS for never disappointing with your service, we will continue to be loyal customer's!

Everything went well on my first visit. However, the guy Benjamin seated at the first desk in the reception area needs a refresher course on how to speak/treat customers when they need to ask a question on their $2,800 repair job. Left not liking your firm. Doubt I will ever come back.

We were down both service help and technician help that week, and we apologize when our guests feel rushed when interacting with our team. Typically, we will take more time to explain things and help a guest through the process. From the phone call to the initial greeting through the vehicle inspection and repair and to the guest exit, our goal is to provide a raving fan customer experience. They are a very busy,good shop. They do quality repairs and work. They took me in right away, knocked out my alignment & sent me on my way.
