Placentia super service is a pleasant place to solve any car issues you have. I was concerned about my AC not emitting cold air and one of the service advisors had taken the time to research and tell me to bring my car back to the dealership for a warranty fix. Their service isn’t long and their office is clean with snacks. I had a pleasant experience changing my air filters.

Service is very friendly and quick. I really appreciate that they don’t to try to upsell and that they recommend only what the car truly needs. Also, the after ours pick up is so accommodating for folks who work 8-5 (me). Will definitely be coming back!

Great great work! I had been having major issues with my car and at my wits end, but taking it in here they were able to quickly diagnose and fix my issue quickly. Benjamin was extremely knowledgeable and explained the repairs clearly. The warranty on repairs is also what sets this place apart! Bring your vehicles here for your next repair!

+ Great place, great team including a very kind and responsible service advisor (Loriana I think) and the mechanic (Herrada), etc. - A very long time waiting(I dropped off my car at 8 am as my appointment was scheduled but work on my automobile started at around 11:30!!! And they asked me to leave the car there! - dear Mr. mechanic forgot to plug in the stop light socket and put its cap back!!! I did the job done by myself! Overall I can say I like the place and people and I will come back to your shop but I feel a kind of pressure on your employees that which causes scheduling confusion and lowering the quality of services.
