Placentia Super Service performed maintenance and repairs on an older, high milage vehicle that had been neglected. Repairs were done efficiently, on time and on budget. I will use them again to maintain my other cars. A special shout-out to Joe Aguilar for his excellent customer service.

The staff is very nice. The lobby is clean and they offer beverages and some snacks. They offer rides home if you need them (not sure if there's a mileage limitation).

Noticed my radiator was leaking so I took it in here because it’s close to my house and has hood reviews. When I received the quote they wanted to charge me $875 for a factory OEM radiator. I went to the Chevy dealership and asked them how much a radiator is and the quoted me $475. So I looked at all the other parts too and everything was inflated 100-150%. I took the quote to another shop and they laughed at the amount of labor they quoted me which was nearly $1200. They overlapped many of the hours charging separate labor for the radiator and the hoses even tho it should be 1 job all together. When I confronted the service tech she said they offered price match guarantee but honestly I was so offended they tried to rip me off in the first place I’m taking my truck somewhere else and will never be back here. EDIT: Owner called me and apologized for the employees mistake. Refunded me my money for the inspection. Respectable move on the owners behalf. Customer beware and thoroughly check your quote before proceeding.

Love using them as they have a wide array of years and models they can service. Their technicians are thorough and accurate, customer service is top notch, they aren't afraid to explain or answer questions and they also offer rides to return you home. Pricing is fair for the number and available services offered. Have had major work done on my Jeep Grand Cherokee '94 and a lot of minor maintenance issues I couldn't handle on my own.

I chose this place after reading reviews from different mechanic shops. I felt like they had best reviews. Lorrie helped me out with getting the services I needed. She's definitely 10/10 great customer service. They did great job on my brakes, they haven't felt this good in years. I highly recommend them!

Being so busy and unable to repair my car myself I was leary about anyone working on my 1986 camry.but Benjamin reassured me he could get it handled. With the help of others at placentia super service my car was repaired quickly . I was informed often with pictures and completed jobs. The price was fair and I wasn't hassled to spend more money on other repairs. They gave me an itemized list of things I should fix urgently all the way down to not so urgent. I will be returning soon to address other issues with my car but this shop did NOT disappoint. Thank you
