I brought my Corvette in for an oil change & noticed that the facility was very clean & well organized. The waiting area is well stocked with snacks & drinks, & provides an excellent view of the service area. The technician’s working on my car were obviously very experienced & completed the work within a very reasonable time. Ben, the Service Advisor, was courteous, professional & ensured that only AC/Delco parts were used as replacements. A great place to deal with. I’ll definitely be back.

You excel at serving your customers. Great job! This team went above and beyond to get all my repairs done in one day! Very upfront and honest. I cannot speak highly enough of Placentia Super Service. Everyone from the front office to the manager to the service technicians are incredibly nice and knowledgeable. They repaired my wife's Toyota Highlander for a very fair price and did first-class work. If you need a car repair, do yourself a favor and visit Placentia Super Service ASAP.

Unfortunately my car’s catalytic converters was stolen while I was out of town on New Year’s Eve. Placentia Super Services was one of the few places that were still open and took my car in. They understood the urgency of my need to get back home and were quick to respond to all my requests. They were very assuring and professional and I am pleased with how well they handled my situation. They were upfront about what the process would be and they were able to help me when many other places I called could not deliver on such short notice over the holiday. I would definitely recommend their services!

I arrived here with my 2017 Dodge charger police pursuit vehicle and immediately noticed how clean and organized their place was. This shop went hands on my vehicle in trying to figure out why my stability control light kept coming on. When I came back for my vehicle the problem was fixed. No more vehicle stalls and runs smoothly. Couldn't be happier this is my go to mechanic shop now from here on. These technicians know their stuff. Benjamin and Ari thank you now my car is finally fixed afters weeks of going to different mechanic shops and could not fix my electrical issue. I trust these technicians with my car and will not be going to no other shop but this one. Best customer service. Really go above and beyond for their customers. Honest mechanic shop.
