Took my truck for a check engine light and was expecting to be something big. They where completely honest with me and all it was was a loose wire. What got me was that they didn't come to me and tell me I needed to fix this and that which is common at shops. Rob and AJ have a great crew and their state of the art facility is awesome. Thank you for a great job. I will be goin there from now on as my number 1 shop of preference

Came in today for an oil change. They were fast, professional and extremely friendly! Jasper was amazing and got me checked in quickly. He also went over all the details of the car inspection with me which was very helpful. He explained everything clearly and wasn't a pushy salesmen like post places are. Found this shop on yelp a couple months ago decided to give it a shot because of the good reviews, and they earned their good reviews they do an excellent job, trustworthy and jasper is the best guy to help you out with any questions you have, I also like that they have this digital inspection that shows you the condition your car is in and what needs work if any, no more being told by other mechanics your air filter is dirty and you need new brake pads this and that done and you don't get to see, Placentia super service will show you the condition they are in and I really like that. I tell all my friends and family to take their cars here and they tell me they found their new mechanics. Keep up the great work you've earned a loyal client

1st time visit based on Placentia Buzz reviews, here's what made it a great 1st visit: 1.made my appointment onine 2. Got a confirmation of the time with a calendar add & reminder 3. Got a text reminder 4. Waiting room is small, but has coffee, soda, snacks & TV & clean restroom 5. I was done in an hour 6. The young man that brought my car around said "my pleasure" instead of the stoopid response "no problem" We will definitely be back for repairs too.
