Wonderful customer service and pricing. Our Honda Pilot needed service and we were quoted an outrageous amount that caused us to put off the work. Great service! Called on a Saturday and needed my brakes replaced that day. They were able to get my car in and even gave me a car ride back. They also kept me updated through the entire process and provided a breakdown of all the recommended service repairs ranging from urgent, suggested, and cleared. Would definitely recommend Placentia Super Service to anyone! Planning on bringing in my car again next month to do some minor service repairs.

So I was way overdue for my oil change and had a couple of hours to kill. I looked in my immediate area for oil change spots and called a few. They all said they were too busy. Ok great. So then I find Placentia Super Service and spoke to Jasper who was super friendly by the way. He said it would be about an hour wait. No problem. Drove down the street and found that the parking lot was full. No worries. Jasper came out to show me additional parking and while we walked back to the front he showed me the work area with some of the technicians. Everyone here is super friendly. They've got a huge tv, water, drinks, coffee and snacks. Honestly I'm kind of mad that I didn't find this place sooner since it's so close to my house. They're honest, friendly, and super amazing. If I could give more stars I would.
