Great service! Called on a Saturday and needed my brakes replaced that day. They were able to get my car in and even gave me a car ride back. They also kept me updated through the entire process and provided a breakdown of all the recommended service repairs ranging from urgent, suggested, and cleared. Would definitely recommend Placentia Super Service to anyone! Planning on bringing in my car again next month to do some minor service repairs.

So I was way overdue for my oil change and had a couple of hours to kill. I looked in my immediate area for oil change spots and called a few. They all said they were too busy. Ok great. So then I find Placentia Super Service and spoke to Jasper who was super friendly by the way. He said it would be about an hour wait. No problem. Drove down the street and found that the parking lot was full. No worries. Jasper came out to show me additional parking and while we walked back to the front he showed me the work area with some of the technicians. Everyone here is super friendly. They've got a huge tv, water, drinks, coffee and snacks. Honestly I'm kind of mad that I didn't find this place sooner since it's so close to my house. They're honest, friendly, and super amazing. If I could give more stars I would.

I recently had an issue with my dummy lights being on in my 2012 Toyota Tacoma. Toyota had performed my 90,000 mile service and failed to report an issue or clear the lights. They said everything was fine and returned my truck to me. A check engine light is an automatic fail so I could not smog the truck Long story short, I called Placentia Super Service who had seen my truck before and done a great job. I explained the issue to Don and he directed me to a local Autozone who connected a code reader to my truck. The problem turned out to be an inexpensive gas cap (the old one was no longer sealing the system) and after 50 miles the lights turned off as Don explained they would.
