I went here for my first time this afternoon. I've always worked at a GM dealership for the most part. Any repairs I could not do, or wanted to tackle, would be done while I was working. What a pleasant experience I had today at Placentia Super Service! Bob and his crew are extremely courteous and easy to talk to. My truck was done faster than they said, which is always a plus. If you haven't had the pleasure of doing business here, you should. Cold sodas, candy, popcorn in the comfy lounge with a nice TV on the wall. Very comfortable atmosphere. Well done guys!!

What a great place very knowledgeable and friendly very fair prices as well. My tire had cut all the wires underneath my wheel well I had no lights and was getting harassed by police. it was a Saturday when I took my car and they were very busy however they somehow found time to finish my car with limited time left, Andrew is very good guy very friendly ,everybody in that shopm I definitely will go there again for any kind of service that I need, I highly recommend it .I back it 100%. They also give referral cards with the discount on it which is a very good deal it's always nice to see when the shop will give you perks, keep up the good work guys good job very pleased

I highly recommend Bob and his team at Placentia Super Service. I brought my aging Chevy Suburban in after a local dealership gave me a crazy price to work on a leaky water pump and brake booster. Not only did Bob and his team take the time to evaluate what was really needed he worked with me on devising a fair game plan on how best to approach the repairs that will be needed without completely crushing me with a massive bill. If you are looking for a friendly, no pressure, fair and honest repair shop that does great work this is your place. I will be taking all our vehicles to Placentia Super Service from now on. Highly recommended!
