Great guys. I had so much that needed to be done to my truck and wasn't in the position to get all of it done. The guys explained everything and helped me to prioritize what should get done and what could wait a little bit. Appreciative of the help and the professionalism that these guys gave. Will be back to finish up with my other repair needs.

After having paid Dealerships large sums for my repairs but still demanding the best most competent results, I stepped outside my comfort zone to an Independent service facility. I checked Precision Auto's Yelp reviews and they were outstanding. So I made an appointment and delivered my Saturn Vue the next Monday. Every interaction with Precision has been exceptional. My check engine light issue was resolved and several others were also reported, which I was happy to understand. Never did Bob pressure me to repair any of those matters listed and actually gave me some good advice about when to consider making the secondary repairs if and when I would consider trading this car for another. My car was finished as promised and the bill was easy to understand. You can be assured that your car will be delivered repaired and guaranteed for 3 years with precision and professionalism. Where else in life do you receive that kind of promise?

What a great place, they are so welcoming and friendly I really did enjoy my wait in the lobby. They are fast and they will let you know what needs to be done first.

2nd time here with a 2009 Toyota van, this time for brakes and an oil change. Excellent service again, with Bob and his team explaining upfront all the issues. Love the text with the link to the inspection report showing details and status (red, yellow, green) of 60 point inspection. Would highly recommend. Repairs come with a warranty which is nice.

This place is everything you're looking for when it comes to auto services. No scams. No up sales. Just the friendliest staff, the most reasonable prices, and great overall service. My wife tried this place out and then scheduled an appointment for me to go get my oil change. I walked in and was promptly welcomed. Was offered coffee, popcorn, and plenty of snacks. The TV was on ESPN and that was enough for me! On top of that they had a little charging station for your phones and free WiFi! After about 40min they called me up and went over the 60pt inspection they did on my car. Everything was great. They recommended I change my air filter, but didn't force it on me or tell me my car would break down if I didn't buy it right then and there (which has happened to me before). After that, I was on my way. Tires all aired up, oil changed, and I might be crazy but I think they did a quick clean inside my car. That was cool! $29.99 oil change, priceless service. Definitely will be back! Thanks guys!

I needed to find a new mechanic and I decided to try Placentia Super Service based on the yelp reviews. I have to say I was not disappointed! They were very friendly, had a clean shop, and answered all my questions. I will be definitely going to them for all of my automotive maintenance needs from now on! Is there some sort of law of physics that states that there can never just be one thing wrong with your car at a time? Because that's about how my life is going right now. I heard about Placentia Super Service via the Placentia Buzz FB group where I posted a desperate plea for any place that could rekey my Honda Civic for possibly less than the dealership quoted me. While I had to stick with the dealership in the end (need I say, OUCH) , Ryan fielded my phone calls as I went back and forth with the dealership and PSS, was super patient, and I totally said that I would come to them for any future service needs. Maybe I shouldn't have said that but sure enough, I started hearing that dreaded squeak from my brakes the very next evening. Today, I rolled up just as the shop opened (730 am!). I was greeted by a tech who took a look at my car and agreed that the brake pads were worn, and handed my case off to Bob while the tech pulled my car around. He took down my contact information and I headed to work around the corner. Shortly after, I received a text with a link to the results of the inspection of the car, with action items addressed, as well as instructions to call for an estimate on completion time. When I called, Bob was honest and upfront with the actions that needed to be taken. Sure enough it was my brakes making that horrid noise, but my power steering fluid was dirty and my spark plugs could do to be replaced. However, Bob wasn't pushy about getting it all done at once. He broke down the price estimate into its parts and told me I could probably hold off on the other services and just do the brakes today. Because of the estimates Bob gave me, I know what I'm going to need to budget. I appreciate the honesty. A refreshing change from dealerships and other mechanics who try to upsell you on everything My car was done within the day. I dropped off my car at 745ish and came to pick up the car after work at 4ish. Because I worked so close by I just walked to and fro, but they did offer me a ride and when I discussed my rekey situation, they mentioned that they offered car rental for a reasonable price as well. As far as price goes, I believe it is VERY fair for the quality of work that is done. I can tell they take great pride in their work here and that their work is done with integrity. Sadly this feels rare nowadays, but I'm thankful my car was in the hands of Placentia Super Service!

I honestly can't say enough great things about this place! Top notch mechanics and the best customer service I have ever experienced! Thank you Bob, Andrew, Ryan and crew for always taking care of my car, and treating me like family!! I would give way more than 5 stars, if it were an option!

I call around to several place to get some work on my Saab. Many places said that they didn't work on Saabs or there prices were ridiculous. They quoted me a price for parts only that the total cost of parts and labor PSS. They are quick and friendly and I would definitely refer anyone to them. Thanks Placentia Super Service.
