The staff at Placentia Super Service is the best. I had a flat tire over the weekend and took it to a place that was open on Sunday. Before they really looked at the tire they said I would probably need a new one. Nope! I told him to my tire back in the trunk! I took it in on Monday and it was fixed in 30 minutes. The staff at Placentia Super Service is very honest and that’s why they get so many referrals. I have referred four friends and they have all been impressed.

PSS team are the best! I wouldn’t trust any other shop & would highly recommend them. It’s not easy finding a repair shop that is honest & takes the time to explain the problem & solution to fix whatever needs to be done.. I'm just happy with everything they had done for me n my mom cars. You always make me feel very knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions about my cars and what would be the best solution I love the fact that you allow payment plans and always offering to take us back to her home and picking us up when our car is done I love what you've done with your lobby for those who wait for their cars I think it's absolutely gorgeous cuz I remember it before that but I just want to say I appreciate every single one of you and your mechanics there you guys make it comfortable and just it's like a big family it's like I'm going to my family's house to get my card but thank you guys again and you definitely will be always getting our business as well as I do put the word out of when my friends / family needs car repairs done so again thank you all you guys are one fantastic business

First time taking my car here and I really enjoyed their customer service and quickly was put in a rental the way they took care of me ensuring they did their research correctly before I picked up my car because I drive a hybrid was great making me feel good and safe driving away from their shop I would recommend this place to anyone needing good service and communication, thanks again Placentia!
