This review is for the ladies. I have a 2007 Honda CR-V that a dealer serviced for 10 years. You might know the place ... rhymes with "near banyon." Even though I am the primary driver for the Honda, the people at the dealer would always address my DH when we took it in for service. My DH is a good six inches taller, and they would literally talk over my head to him even when I was handling the transaction. When they started pushing $thousands of repairs for a very low-mileage, gently-driven Honda -- 60K miles in 10 years -- I was done and thankfully found Placential Super Service. Super Service is aptly named! They are professional and courteous, get the job done right, and charge a fair price. And, they talk to me like a normal person instead of giving me the "little lady" treatment. I feel totally comfortable taking the car in by myself, knowing that they're going to do a great job at a fair price. Highly recommended!

I had no idea what to expect as I dropped my car off on a wing and prayer that these guys would fix my car, which had a LOT of problems, prior to a coast-to-coast road trip. I couldn’t be more pleased with the friendly, prompt service that Jasper, Bob, and Andrew provided. My car is now in tip-top shape for my road trip and all at a very fair cost. Honda dealership services tend to get too expensive, but at super service I got the exact car services I needed at a good price. The waiting time is as expected, but their service is excellent!
