The service from these guys is above and beyond anything I've experienced in quite some time. It appears that customer service is a lost art on some Auto Shops but after shopping around and finding this shop. Our prayers were answered. The gentleman from Placentia Super Service that helped us was Jasper and he not only helped us with our cars repair order but also with resolving issues from our previous mechanics Horrible Customer Service in dealing with our Vehicles Insurer. This young man was so thoughtful, so thorough and more than accomodating to my family and I. Simply put just solid all around customer service at its finest with no price gouging. That said.
