I had called in a while ago and spoke with Bob about getting an oil change. He educated me on the fact that my car did not need full synthetic oil as I was previously conned into at the 2 previous places I had taken my car. And that my basic oil change would be about $29. Flash forward to yesterday when I decided to go in... I was greeted politely and promptly by Bob who took down my info. I explained that I would for sure like an oil change and possibly a smog check. I was informed smog and cert would be $50 and opted for that as well. The waiting room was cold as this was early in the morning. But Bob brought out a heater into the lobby area. There is an abundance of complimentary snacks and beverages, as well as a phone charging station and a large TV that was playing episodes of Pawn Stars. I used the restroom while I was waiting and got to walk through the garage. I was impressed with how spic and span everything was. A cool feature is that this shop is pretty high tech in the sense that my entire inspection and checklist was sent to me through a link via text. Bob also explained to me in detail what maintenance I would be needing in the future. He wasn't pushy when I declined to have more than the services I came in for. Ryan ended up ringing me up and was also very pleasant. I will definitely be returning to have more maintenance done on my vehicle.
Absolutely amazing. Bob and the rest of the team at Placentia Super Service are really amazing. Their hospitality is great and service is phenominal. I have come in multople times for car problems and I leave same day with news. Though last time I was there it was not the best news, Bob was able to help me out and still make me feel welcome and at home. If you are looking for reliable mechanics these are the people you can trust.

I was getting royally ripped off by my last mechanic so when I asked my friend where to take my sweet ride to he said super service was the best and that is where I have been going ever since. I have been going since Buddy used to own the place. The place had an ownership change about a year ago, and the new owners that took over and they are pretty chill and just as good. It's nice taking your car somewhere you know you aren't going to get ripped off and it's nice to know these guys are honest and reliable. I asked last time if I needed new break pads, they could have easily sold me some new ones but they said I could probably wait another 3-5K miles, which to me goes such a long way, like why sell me something now that i'm not going to need, when you can actually sell it to me when I need it later on, it's a foreign concept to most automotive places but these guys really get it, they totally understand how customer service works.
Very good job. Very nice place. They require appointment though but the manager said it's ok for me to walk in. So They did oil change for my car just $22 plus tax since i have a coupon. Free candy, popcorns, and soft drinks.
