I have been having my car serviced here for the past 5 years. The service is excellent. The staff is top notched and know their stuff. On a couple occasions I have waited in their waiting area. With wide screen tv, wifi, snacks and cold drinks not to mention a coffee machine with a nice selection of coffees you won't be disappointed. I would recommend PSS to all. First rate place

I’ve known Bob since he was in high school and taking auto mechanics, I highly recommend him and his staff his location is beautiful and well run shop they are totally honest and diagnosed my car correctly. I will definitely be back for any of my future auto repairs, highly recommend this facility.

I've struggled to find honest mechanics in the area. THIS PLACE IS HONEST and gets the job done right. It's fair priced and most of all, I know they are straight forward. I will only come here because it's quality work and they are not going to pull any fast ones. This is the best mechanic shop around.

Really helpful and accommodating! I called in the morning and had a bit of time before my class in the PM and they were able to squeeze me in and get me out of there on time for my class. All while inspecting my car and not making me feel pressured to buy anything.

I've never had such a positive experience at an auto mechanic shop! I've been to plenty of national chains and small business mom/pop shops alike with various cars over the years, so I'm comfortable in my frame of reference. I had the pleasure of working with Michael who was immediately welcoming, approachable, professional, respectful, knowledgeable, easy going, and helpful. All things you expect when interacting with a business. He made me feel confident when everything was all said and done, unlike that dirty feeling some other shops leave you with suspecting you were screwed over. Thank you Michael and to your entire team! Comparative to other shops, large or small, I did not sense an air of unprofessionalism, tension, or that male/car guy-centric atmosphere that can be intimidating to those who might not be knowledgeable of cars. It's akin to a doctor explaining your medical health, you're not going to be judged for not attending med school. Everything will be explained in detail using understandable terms so you're fully informed. I feel confident in saying that regardless of age, knowledge, or gender you can expect to be treated with respect and care at Placentia Super Service. You will not be pressured or feel judged on the decisions you make for your car or finances. You can expect that what they recommend will be in your best interest regarding priority, urgency, safety, and finances. Lastly, their facility is very clean and well taken care of. The lobby is thoughtful will plenty of complementary drink options, comfortable couches, restroom, and a space to bring your laptop and get work done while you wait. Reading this back, I sound like a sponsored infomercial haha! Not my intention, I honestly just have high praise. You can blame me if I'm wrong based on my review, but you'll see that I'm not lol Cheers!
