I went there to get my brakes fixed but they did NOT fix them at all. They charged me almost 1k just to inspect it and house it for nearly a week. I called everyday to check the status and even went in person. They lied to me saying it wasn't done when it was. The brakes immediately started to squeak and failed to work causing me to end up in a accident. Luckily I didn't get too hurt. I tried to reach out to them to give them a chance to make it right but they refused to apologize or admit any fault or assume any responsibility. I'm not on here just to arbitrarily leave a bad review. I feel a human moral obligation to share my experience in hopes it could save some one else money/time/hospital visit/ etc.

We've contacted you in the past when you left a similar review and offered to inspect the vehicle, which you declined. If there is anything else we can do for you, please give us a call.

The service was excellent and friendly. The work was completes on time, as scheduled. The repairs were expensive, but I did not fit estimates from anyone less. I am very pleased with the service.

Don't be fooled by the reviews. Some of the staff were friendly, I guess. Came in without a stall. 1 grand later, left with a stall and a broken wallet. Moreover, the whole process took a month, communication was not consistent and left me in a worse position than I came in. You can have that grand, but you lost a life long customer.
Jamaal, you should've received phenomenal communication to go along with a solid repair. I'm very sorry we fell through on that. Moving forward, I'll see to it that we're more consistent when giving customers updates on their vehicle's repair status. Excellent communication, was recommended to go here by a neighbor of mine. Everyone in the shop is polite and fun to work with. They are honest and reliable also with call and text with updates. I will continue to bring my cats here from now on.

Found PSS via Costco website for business services, after being dissatisfied with the quality of service at our local Firestone. I verified their ratings on Yelp as well. From my initial call to Don to get a quote for tires, oil change and tire rotation, to my husband taking our car in for service with Mike taking care of us, the professionalism and prompt service was exemplary. The complimentary car wash was a nice unexpected touch as well. We hope the quality service continues to be their standard.
