Had problems with my stick shift was sticking in reverse. They replaced n it’s moving just like new. Everyone was very professional nice n accommodating. Repairs were completed fast.

Scheduled an appointment because my car totally stopped as I was exiting the freeway one day. Once I was able to get it to work again the engine light came on. Lori was great! I had to leave my car so they could run diagnostics on it. I then received the results and, after reviewing it authorized the more urgent services. I got my car back that same day. So far so good. I am very pleased with the work and cost. I will continue to service my car at Placentia Super Service. Highly recommend them. Ask for Lori.

I'm so happy to have found a great place to take my Kia to when needed. Benjamin was super awesome in helping me get my brakes done same day and was able to give my car an oil change even tho they were short staffed and really busy! Thank you so much everyone for helping me, fixing my baby, and being honest and friendly. The free inspection really was greatly detailed also! So detailed that my husband and I have the Kia dealership ready to make those expensive repairs. I would have never known about those serious problems if I hadn't brought my car to you. sold me a wrong tire, caused Tire monitor TMPS problem and one tire for $380, very rude and I have to replace all other 3 tires in Walmart only cost $450 for three tires, go figure, are this place peopel be trusted? go some place else!!

This place earned its top 25 ranking. Above and beyond the baseline requirements for customer service, assistance, and auto repairs. Do not go anywhere else. It is like eating a prime steak and then going back to McDonalds. I am only using them from now on.

I had cages installed around my catalytic converters on 2 vehicles. They were very affordable and quick. I couldn’t be happier with their service.
