Long time patron of Placentia Super Service, Glad to see new ownership still believes in Customer Service and Value.

I had learned of Placentia Super Service, off a popular Facebook page, called #therealplacentiabuzz. I also had the pleasure of meeting Bob once, during an event held at a nearby park. I made a frantic call to this business yesterday (a Friday), to inquire what their labor charge may be. I needed to have an exterior door handle installed on my vehicle. I was already in sticker shock when I ordered the parts from Stadium Nissan for just over $100, only to learn they wanted another $225 for the labor! I believe I spoke with Ryan. His tone, patience, and understanding made me feel at ease, like my concerns were valid, that I wasn't rushed, and that they would be able to assist with me with a much better deal. He guesstimated it would take about 45 minutes, I could just show up on Saturday to have it done, and that they offered $25 off for new customers. What a relief! I pulled up to the location this morning (Saturday), parked out front and went in. The lobby was just the right size, had coffee, water, candy (darn it, I forgot to grab a Reese's), and all the necessary documentation to show their knowledge and expertise surrounding cars. Here, I got to see Bob once again, and also meet some of the other amazing staff, which happened to include AJ. They have a large shop to accomodate all kinds of vehicles and space. It was also really clean and organized! I loved the large American flag on the wall. After speaking with Bob and learning the history of the place and his personal story, I knew I found my future car repair home, when you tie in Veterans, pride for one's country, and a love of God. My car took 20 minutes. 20 MINUTES! That dang Nissan place told me over 2 hours. Let me tell you I paid NEARLY 4 TIMES LESS here than I would have at Stadium Nissan. I literally cried tears of joy at how much I appreciated not being taken advantage of financially, as a single woman. Bob has sophisticated equipment and technology for cars and customer service. He input my personal information into his system and I can get reminders on when my car is due for future checks. Upon leaving, he handed me his special this month for oil changes, so I already know I'll be back this week! I've found my automobile's new home. Thanks to all of you for communicating clearly, being patient, actively listening, going above and beyond, being honest, and working on a relationship with customers, rather than viewing them as a name, number, or dollar sign. We received as a gift, my Aunts 1998 BMW 740i. I went on the Pbuzz and asked where I could take it to get it checked out. The push from most was Placentia Super Service. So I checked them out! It went through a 40 point inspection and was found to be in excellent condition. They found a few things to make it even cooler. I love them. Bob and Kyle have been very helpful. And Bob has really taken an interest in making sure this low mileage, garaged oldie but a goodie comes back to me even better than I brought it in to them. I get wait to get it back next week! I highly recommend Placentia Super Service to anyone in need of automotive services or repairs. I have had my 2007 Avalanche worked on at Placentia Super Service a few times now. Bob and his staff have made me a believer, that they are truly trustworthy mechanics. Their dedication to excellence will keep me coming back for any automotive repairs or services I may need in the future!

Seriously best service ever. Not only did they diagnose my problem, but fixed it wonderfully. They took great care of me and my car. When looking under my hood after, they completely cleaned and detailed the underneath. Unbelievable!! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. I even travel just to get here and would do it any time I need service. Thank you to all the people at Placentia Super Service!!

First time customer today for a smog check. I'll definitely be back. To start with - everyone is genuinely nice, easy going and respectful. Heck, they even had a regular customer come in & drop off lunch for the entire crew just because they did right by her in the past. They veteran owned, local to my city & run their business like it should be done - with integrity. Like I said - I'll be back.

If I could give them more stars I would! I have had issues with my jeep since 2014 and after a lot of $$$ to Jeep dealership and even it being sent to their Diesel specialist paying on what was not the issue, I continued to have problems. My jeep finally needed some more work and sent it to Placentia Super Service. Bob asked me exactly what was happening and knew what may be the issue. They where able to fix this problem that Jeep dealership could not in a couple of days. Never had any issues with those problems. Amazing place. My jeep is now back in the shop, but with other issues but I would not take it anywhere else, but to Placentia Super Service. I will be recommending them to everyone!!!!!

I felt comfortable leaving my car in the capable hands of Placentia Super Service. Though my bill was pricey as I had a "big" job, I had called around to estimate what my costs might be, and Placentia Super Service was very reasonable with their pricing. Placentia Super Service made servicing my car very easy. Bring your AAA card!

Had a good experience here. I really like that they texted me the workup of my car, with pictures, and that I can print it as well. Texts when the car was ready and a shuttle service for the area? Great customer service. I did a tiny bit of research before coming--I knew I was in for big things. Prices are fair--definitely cheaper than quoted at dealership. AAA discount! Popcorn and drinks in the waiting area--I hate to sound like a mystic, but I got good vibes from this place. Thanks PSS!
