05/02/2025 I took my car in for a loud noise in the brakes every time I braked. They said it was the bushings and charged me $2,500 and when I picked the car up it still made the same noise. The mechanic never test drove the car when done to confirm if fixed. They kept my car on 4 more separate full days saying the could not figure out what was making the loud noise??? Then on the last day they had my car when I called back 3x and they never returned my call and the service was closed and never informed me to pick it up they just kept it another day which was Saturday when I needed my car!! Now I have to take it to another mechanic and see if the original work was ever done and I will be filing a report with the BBB! I am not a complainer normally. Mechanic work is extremely expensive these days and this is throwing away good money.
I was very please with the service I received. Even found out a couple other things I need done.

Terrible experience from a family member. I would never recommend this place to anyone not even an enemy. These people are crooked. You go in for something small , they’ll keep your car for days then try to add extra fees on top. Extra $$$!
Took 29 days for a door handle! Once they had my car, they tried to run up the bill so they could collect from insurance. They had my car hostage. I was forced to get a loaner vehicle, another charge for insurance. The price jumped from $40 per day to $240. In the end I felt the whole thing was a scam.
