Update since my last review: The team took the time to address all of the issues I previously mentioned and even reimbursed me for the battery I had paid for. On top of that, they offered a complimentary service on my next visit, which I truly appreciated. What really makes a company stand out is how they listen to their customers and how they make things right when something goes wrong. Their attention to quality control and willingness to take responsibility ultimately won me over. I want to thank Don and Benjamin for listening to my concerns, acknowledging the issues, and going the extra mile to make things right. -_________________________ Pretty disappointed with this place. I took my car in on Friday and was told they were busy and that it might not be ready until Saturday. I appreciated the honesty and said that was fine. However, when Saturday came, there was no follow-up or update on my car. I later realized they were closed on Sunday, which is on me. By Monday, I still hadn’t received a call, so I contacted the shop and spoke with the receptionist, who was polite and helpful. I was told my advisor would call me back, but I never received a response. On Tuesday, I called again and was told my car still wasn’t ready but would be finished by 5 p.m. I don’t understand why the service took four business days with little to no communication. I was also told my battery needed to be replaced, but it’s only 14 months old and still under a three-year warranty. I took the battery to Costco for a replacement, only to be told the battery tested perfectly fine and should last for several more years. That was frustrating and concerning. Now I’m hearing a noise under my car that sounds like something may be loose, which makes me hesitant to bring it back. Also, my oil change service reminder on the dashboard was not reset. Now I have to figure out how to reset my service reminder. I’ve had good experiences here in the past, but this visit was a letdown and has hurt my trust in their service.
