SUPER EXPENSIVE !!!! This place is out of control when they say super it means super expensive, super pushy, super aggressive. These guys are really nice and all smiles the place is nice but boy do they hit you hard with a list of things to buy they are like car sales man they wont take no for a answer I had to say no 3 times and they kept pushing. I actually go upset and had to get rude to get out of there this is not a place to go they are aggressive in a polite nice way they want to over sell and they push hard. You'll get free coffee and snacks and a ride home with a huge list of things they want you to buy. My car is only 4 years old unders 50k and they wanted a arm and leg to fix on it. I ran out there never coming back!

You buy out all your bad reviews sorry you not buying me out and for all the people reading this just call around get second opinion when you get that huge quote from them remember get a second opinion you'll thank me then.

My Ram 1500 needed a new whole rear diff assembly and these guys took care of me. They found a used one to keep the price down and I got out for less than I could’ve elsewhere. They did a great job.

They were great. The service was fantastic. They told me what the issues were. They gave me a quote. They did the work very professionally done and the bill at the end was very detailed on everything. They did very happy with the service and the staff I would recommend them highly. The service charge is very expensive and the mechanic doesn't know and is not responsible. The first time I took it to get fixed, the mechanic didn't have the knowledge to change the parts that weren't broken and then charged me. He lied and said that he did everything right, but in reality, he couldn't answer what was wrong with the car. The mechanics here aren't good.
My husband and I felt well-received by the staff while waiting for our Jeep to be serviced. Brought my car in because of a leak in the power steering system. After a $420 "repair", it was still leaking. I was then told that the leak was in the rack and pinion, which they had repaired a few months previously and was therefore still under their warranty. I then asked for my $420 to be refunded since this "repair" was not necessary. They refused. My car is still leaking. My advice is if you need car repairs, find another mechanic.

UPDATE: Shortly after this post, I was contacted by Benjamin, the General Manager. He proceeded to take control of the situation and with his experience and expertise, he found the leak and repaired it. Also, I received a refund for the previous "repair". I would like to say that this shop is not good at all. I don't mean to say anything, but the shop damaged my engine cover. There are pictures attached to this review. As a customer, I would like to ask who is responsible for this. They should care that customers trust them to fix their cars and feel comfortable using their services. Joe may seem arrogant, but Gilbert is great. After reading the reviews, I thought that using this shop would not disappoint me. But I was really disappointed. There are other problems. I wish I had more time to type. However, I may be negative about this incident, but trust me, if you care more about your car, like you fix your own car, there would not be reviews like this for you to read and feel bad about me for writing such a review.
