I should start by saying I really don't know anything about cars. My car was having issues turning on and I felt it had something to do with the battery. I brought it in to Placentia Super Service and talk to Jasper about some of the issues I thought the car may have, which I didn't think much, they did a full check up of my car. Once we figured out what was wrong, which wasn't really the battery, I felt like they explained thoroughly what was wrong and why I need to fix this specific part. I felt they had great customer service the whole time I dealt with them, and were very considerate to my work schedule and when I would be able to pick up my car again. Truly recommend these guys!

My Jeep was over-heating and leaking coolant. I was hoping it was a hose but it ended up being the water pump leaking. Pricing was good and they did the job the same day even though it was already Saturday afternoon when I came in. I've never been to a shop where the guys (Bob and Andrew) were so professional, honest and nice to deal with. Happy customer and I totally recommend them!

I'm so glad I found this place. Jasper was absolutely amazing! We had quite a bit of work done on our family car. Everything went smooth and timely. Jasper was up front and honest about what NEEDED to be done and what was RECOMMENDED. I loved how the inspection has pictures attached for reference. Everything about this place is great. We found our local mechanic!!!

My first visit was such a pleasant experience. I've only had my Subaru serviced at the dealer prior to this because everything was covered for the first 2 years. It was time for the 30k service and the dealer quoted me $600+ for this service. Decided to look around for a local auto service. Initial contact was with Andrew and he let me know that they will check all the things recommended for the 30k service and will only recommend what is needed. I was nervous about not going to the dealer because I really want to make sure my car is taken care of, but decided to trust this place. At my appointment, Jasper offered the most excellent customer service, bringing out the space heater and tv remote as soon as I sat down to wait. Also there are plenty of snacks and drinks and a popcorn machine to keep you comfortable while you wait. Jasper answered all my questions without ever making me feel like an idiot. I know my questions showed how ignorant I am when it comes to cars, but he took the time to make sure I understood. Besides the regular oil change, my car only needed a few other things, not $600 worth. Jasper communicated this with me and made sure I was okay with the price before proceeding. I left there feeling like they took care of me and my car and will definitely be going there for my next service.

This shop and the service managers, Don and Jasper, are amazing. I needed a new motor on my Mustang. I originally took the car to a local Ford dealer and they took 4 days to look at the car and suggested I just donate it. I then called Placentia Super Service and spoke with Don. He understood my passion for my car and was very attentive and was eager to get my car into his shop to diagnose it. When I dropped the car off in the afternoon Jasper knew about the situation and clearly outlined the diagnosis process. Don called me the next day with a full repair estimate and timeline. He also identified other issues with the vehicle but understood my situation and priority to get it functional. He didn't push or try to convince me to perform the other work. I was blown away by the craftsmanship when I picked up the car after the repair work. The engine bay was clean and the car performed better than ever. Two weeks later I contacted them again to get new tires. I gave Don my price point and he was able to get me into a better model tire for my budget. I dropped the car off in the morning and Jasper was able to quickly turn it around for an afternoon engagement I had. I recently took a 1000 mile road trip through the CA coast and HWY 1 and the car performed like a dream. The work they performed on the car blew me away as I was carving the road through Big Sur. With the superb service and workmanship Placentia Super Service has earned my business for all of my car care needs.

I brought my car in for a quote to fix my side mirror. Jasper was the one who helped me order parts and offer me the quote. The owner, Bob, was the one who responded very quick on yelp. Don was the one who helped me through the process when I brought my car in again after the parts were ordered. Don kept me updated whenever they were working on a new part. They even used my old mirror glass to save me money. They definitely know what they're doing. I'm so glad I came to this place after looking up other places on yelp. Love the customer service. Now my side mirror is looking as good as new.

Came in to get my low beams replaced. Brought my own bulbs that I bought on Amazon. Bob is super friendly and applied a $25 first-time customer coupon that I had no idea about. Seems like a pretty trustworthy repair shop! The area is very desolate so come prepared with something to do or a ride home if your car will take a long time.

I recently had an oil change done and Toyota service they let me know my Prius had a leak in the timing cover, 1800 repair job. I knew I had a warranty on my vehicle from CarMax so I called them and they were slammed for the holiday but they work with partner auto shops. Placentia Super Service was on the list. I talked to Don and he assured me my warranty would cover the repair. Everything was done so swiftly and smoothly dropped off my car and received text message alerts on my vehicle progress. They also found my front struts needed repair and Don told me not to worry they got the ok from my warranty to also fix the issue. So 3800 hundred later my deductible cost was 50 dollars I was amazed by all this. Usually you have to fight with warranty companies because nothing in life goes this smoothly. Thanks Don and Placentia Super Service you guys took great care of me and I'll definitely be back for future oil changes you earned my business

Updating my review from 1* to 5* Like everyone i read the good review regarding this place so called them on Wednesday to get the quote for brake repair. Luckily Bob picked my call, Bob reviews are great in here , and he did assist me with all the questions very professionally. So after talking i knew like everyone else i will also get great customer service and went ahead and asked for availability to have my break check and then repair. Bob quickly looked into his calendar and told me Saturday 10:00AM is open slot. Perfect i booked that. Today i went there at 10:00AM, guess what??? They say we have wait time of 2-3 hrs . I was like I talked to Bob and have appointment and the person says well we didn't knew if you gonna show up ..!!! I'm like what???? (If you think people will never show up appo then please don't bother to give them any appointment just ask them for walk-in) Update: I got the call from Bob asking why I left the shop as he came to shop around 10:15AM and when he asked his staff regarding me,as i was the first person on his list of appointments. I told him what happened at shop and he was very disappointed as client having appointments gets the priority. Bob quickly reschedule my appointment to 11am. Luckily i live near to this place and plus my initial impression of Bob was good I thought to give another chance. I show up at my scheduled time and was greeted very professionally by Bob. They ran the safety inspection for my brakes and shared me a digital report (Great software). My car needed Brake replacement and new rotors. Price was reasonable and Bob said parts can be available in 15min if i want to go ahead with the job. I was happy with the service and trusted him so went ahead and initited repair work. I had concerned regarding my air conditioner as well so asked Bob if he can check. He took care of that and said that's there freon leak due to a Part and they can replace it with No cost. (Very much appreciated) Overall it was a very pleasant experience like i wanted and what everyone else has talked about in the reviews. Bob earned my business and would definitely recommend this place. I can say Bob was very professional right from the time i first talked to him over the phone till i met and my car was fixed. In fact he's the person who's concerned for client car that needs brakes repair as anything can happen on road if brakes needs attention. Fun Fact: Bob looks like Chandler Bing.
