Your technicians are not doing good job. All fluid levels are low after synthetic oil change and coolant replacement
It was so easy to make an appointment online and get a confirmation within a few hours. There was no wait time when I dropped off my vehicle and I was kept updated as to the services being performed and technician recommendations. They sent a full report and invoice and accommodated a couple of requests.

Now that my cars are past their warranty, I'm looking for a local service with lower costs but same great level care as my dealer gives. With my first visit, they just might be the one. I went and had them evaluate my vehicle which had died on me and asked for their evaluation and estimate for repairs. I knew there would be a $150 charge even if I chose not to have any work done there so I cannot hold them to blame for that. However the estimate they gave me for the minimum required to get my vehicle back on the road was almost double the amount I ended up spending at another five-star repair location in Fullerton. Their location was very clean and their entire operation seemed very professional, but for me the cost of repairs was higher on my list of priorities.

I can't say enough about PSS. They've always provided great customer service. Benjamin has always been my go-to guy. He explains things clearly & works with me. In all the times I've taken my car to them there's only been once I had to take my car back in. Their charges are reasonable & they've never price gouged me. I really appreciate the free ride service they provide.
