The staff is absolutely amazing while I was waiting for my truck to get the oil change. I spoke to other customers that happened to be repeat customers and they said how amazing this place was and they would never go anywhere else. I’m gonna have to say I completely agree with them you won’t be sorry if you choose Placentia super Service!

They performed fast and excellent work on my car on short notice, right before Christmas. They were responsive and notified me at every step, and they provided a financing option for my repair bill. At every point I felt I was being treated with respect, honesty, and understanding.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place! I took my car (a 10-yr old, 100k+ mile VW Tiguan that I’m decent at maintaining) to this shop for a check engine light inspection thinking it would be a quick fix… I was definitely wrong. The team gently informed me that my beloved, older car had a few bigger issues that needed to be addressed/fixed. I primarily spoke/worked with Joe & Ricky, and throughout the entire process of getting my car fixed, they were communicative, informative, and kind. They were great at answering any questions I had, they kept me up-to-date on the maintenance process & why they were doing what they were doing, and they also were incredibly helpful in making sure I had what I needed in order to take care of my life while they had my car. My car is now back up & running with lots of needed TLC & care from the team here at Placentia Super Service, and I’m so grateful I was able to entrust my car with reliable, knowledgable folks like them. While I hope I don’t have to go back in for a good long while, I will absolutely be going back here whenever help or service is needed.

I truly believe that it's important to check your reviews when you are looking for a service for your car. Placentia Super Service has been our go to for auto repair. This latest issue was with our 2008 Ford Expedition. The tire sensor light kept coming on. We replaced 3 or 4 times at a tire center, but it never was resolved until we took it to Placentia Super Service. They were able to find some connection problems. On our latest trip to our vacation home, we didn't get the tire sensor light! So grateful for their professional service. We are customers for life. Pam M
