They did a good job on my break pads, but kept pushing me to get other services done even though I said they were getting taken care of somewhere else. The manager even called me to try and convince me to get the services done. I appreciate the thorough inspection but I don't like feeling berated.

I’ve recently started bringing my cars to Placentia Super Service. So far, they are very friendly, helpful, cost conscience and professional. I had originally rated this location 5 stars but have needed to update since the first visit. Brought my car in to get check engine light and AC fixed. Left with both solved. A week later the check engine light came back on for the exact same problem and another 3 weeks after that, the AC stopped working. I took my car back and paid for another inspection and was quoted over 5 grand for the same issues in addition to new required suspension upgrades. When I declined over the phone, I was told that I would need to sign off liability because the car is "too dangerous to drive" and that I would need to wait a couple hours before I could pick it up. When I picked it up in person no waiver was ever presented. The trusted mechanic I had my repairs done at told me that the parts that made my car "too dangerous to drive" wouldn't need to be replaced for another 1-5 years and were fully safe to drive on. the people working at the location were always polite, but I did not find the overall outcome pleasant despite the pleasantries.

I needed a 60,000 mile check on my car before a long trip. Another repair shop had to cancel my appointment at the last minute. Placentia Super Service was able to take my car at the last minute and made it a priority to get my car completely serviced in one day even though I’d never been a customer before. The was great service!

I would recommend Super Service to anyone , I had took my car there for a tune up and had an inspection done which I got a discount for first time customer turned out I needed several routine services done in addition to some repairs after the inspection I had used my warranty insurance Ricky made the whole process seamless for me what was suspose to be a 3 to 4 day repair turned into a 24 hour only took them 1 day for all the repairs and services the choke process and seemless got me in a rental car even gave me an additional discount for the routine service's thus shop was quality equally to the car dealership even better cuz it was alot shorter time having to wait for the repairs Thank you Super Service and Tricky for making this a awesome experience for me I gave found my go to shop for my car for a life time 💞🙏🏻
