I am very pleased with my experience here! There were plenty of time slots for appointments, and the person I spoke to was very helpful! I believe his name is Paul, and he helped me the whole time. He was honest, very helpful, and efficient. I took my car in at 7:30am, by 10:04am I had a diagnosis and quoted price, and my car was ready by 2:30pm! I was very impressed with how quick everything was done, the pricing was fair, and the customer service was excellent. I will definitely be recommending this place and coming back!

Paul did a wonderful job from start to finish. He was more then informative along the way. Got a loaner while vehicle was I. The shop. Definitely recommend the work done on my car not only the customer service but the labor was done correctly with a nice warranty on top. Thanks again PSS

I had been calling around from shop to shop getting quotes ranging from $150-280 to install one of my passenger side HID headlights. I called here around 11am on a Saturday and Joe told me to bring the car over and they'd take care of me. We talked prices and it was 3x less than what these other shops were charging me and the work was done within 15 minutes. Not only was the work done quickly, I did not have to compromise quality work for a cheaper price. The install was done flawlessly. I finally found a shop I can trust and I will be back for more work whenever my vehicle needs it and I will tell all my family and friends about this shop!

I brought my CRV in for an oil change only to find several major maintenance issues that needed attending. They were extremely kind, accommodating, and professional. Benjamin was very informative and communicated with me about every step. I definitely felt like I was being provided high quality service and will be coming here in the future. I didn't use the waiting area but it was clean and well-stocked. Overall excellent service, fantastic people, 10/10 would recommend.

Visiting family from out-of-state, and my brakes blew out on our last day of the visit. I called Placentia Super Service first thing in the morning and they were able to get me in same day and replace front and back brake pads and rotors. Paul upfront was very professional, considerate, and understanding to our situation, ensuring fast and quality service for us before the long drive ahead!
