I had a fantastic experience with Placentia Super Service from start to finish. I brought my car in for a check engine light and some overdue maintenance and they quickly identified a lot of problems within my car that had gone unnoticed by other shops. Paul did a great job of keeping me updated on the timing and repairs needed, and Joe was very helpful when I came to pick up the car and even changed my key batteries for free. Overall I’ve had the most positive, helpful, and friendly experience that I’ve had out of any auto shop I’ve gone to previously and will definitely make them my go to for future repairs!

I searched for a dependable repairshop for my 4runner which had issues with starting. Placentia performed complete diagnostics and informed me of the problems, and resolved all issues. Now, I can take my 4runner into remote backcountry without worries. They even offered me free shuttle service. Thank you.

I'll never take my car anywhere else ever again if I can avoid it. This place has always done my wife and I solid and I've never felt jerked around or manipulated. They recently went to the mat for us when a different inspection place did us dirty. I highly recommend checking them out.

This was our first time here. We had transmission issues on our vehicle and wound up needing a rebuild. There were some hiccups with miscommunication and follow-up at the outset; however, when brought to their attention, they took responsibility for those issues and went over and above to fix it and make it right, which they did. At the end of the day, our car was fixed properly and runs like a dream. We will definitely be back and are happy to have found a mechanic that takes their reputation in the community and work product seriously.

Excellent Service from start to finish. Service Managers were Upfront and Honest with repair work needed after inspection of vehicle. They all have a high standard of ethics, etiquette, and workmanship!
