Brought my car in because of a leak in the power steering system. After a $420 "repair", it was still leaking. I was then told that the leak was in the rack and pinion, which they had repaired a few months previously and was therefore still under their warranty. I then asked for my $420 to be refunded since this "repair" was not necessary. They refused. My car is still leaking. My advice is if you need car repairs, find another mechanic.

UPDATE: Shortly after this post, I was contacted by Benjamin, the General Manager. He proceeded to take control of the situation and with his experience and expertise, he found the leak and repaired it. Also, I received a refund for the previous "repair". Many thanks to Benjamin for solving my problem satisfactorily.

I would like to say that this shop is not good at all. I don't mean to say anything, but the shop damaged my engine cover. There are pictures attached to this review. As a customer, I would like to ask who is responsible for this. They should care that customers trust them to fix their cars and feel comfortable using their services. Joe may seem arrogant, but Gilbert is great. After reading the reviews, I thought that using this shop would not disappoint me. But I was really disappointed. There are other problems. I wish I had more time to type. However, I may be negative about this incident, but trust me, if you care more about your car, like you fix your own car, there would not be reviews like this for you to read and feel bad about me for writing such a review.

Came in for a leak somewhere in my engine. I met with Ricky Martinez. He helped set up an appointment for Monday 6/23/25. On Monday met Paul Del Villar. Paul informed me it would take a couple of hours to find the cause of the leak and offered me a ride home. Paul kept me updated on what they found out. I had them repair the leak it took all day and on Tuesday my car was repaired. They came and pick me up. I was very impressed with the work ,time and friendliness. I found my place to take my car from now on.Thank you

Took van in for new brakes, ended up leaving car for two days so they could make all repairs needed. Showed pics after assessment and ordered parts promptly. You never know what you are getting at mechanic but so far we are pleased.
